Parking is at Sandwell Valley Farm, Salters Lane, West Bromwich and costs £1.20 for 3 hours or £1.60 for 4 hours. The machine only accepts cash, no cards, and doesn’t give change. It’s 15 miles from central Stourbridge but allow 45 minutes.

The circular 5.25 mile walk will take in woods, meadows, lakes and a river, so keep an eye out for the wildlife. The break will be at the RSPB visitor centre with benches, toilets and a small cafe should you want a hot drink or ice cream. We will also have a short stop at the bird hide.
The walk is mainly flat on good paths with no stiles.
